WE’RE GROWING IN 2017!
The Parkinson’s Fitness Project (TPFP) is increasing our ability to serve the PD community!
We have found a permanent home by acquiring the space we had been sharing at 106 Lakeside Avenue. This means we will be able to offer more hours for physical therapy, private neurofitness training and classes. The dream is to make TPFP a clinic that also fosters community, so be on the lookout for updates regarding guest lectures, happy hours, specialty classes/workshops and community events. If you are interested in PT, classes or training, feel free to contact us here or by phone at 304-506-3876.
We have made some tweaks to our website to give everyone access to some good ol’ fashioned neurofitness! Click here to view a free trial video of The Daily Dose Online Neurofitness Training. If you like the workout and want to try more, we are offering a free 7 day trial to anyone who signs up. If you have difficulty driving, travel often or live far away from PD services, The Daily Dose is a great way to get your daily PD specific exercise from home. You get a new workout every week delievered right to your home computer so that you can continue to exercise regularly, from wherever you are. The research below really likes it when you do that! 🙂
