After working with neurologic disorders in physical therapy for over 10 years, I realize the barriers that exist in our current healthcare model. Especially for people with Parkinson’s. I found that the “stop and go” pattern of therapy for people with Parkinson’s did not deal with the progression of symptoms. That is why I started The Parkinson’s Fitness Project.
A.M.P. (Amplitude + Mental Agility + Power) combines the best methods in Parkinson’s specific exercise to give you the best results.
