Determining which videos are right for you?

The Daily Dose was developed to give easy access to quality exercise training from wherever you live. We also want everyone who uses The Daily Dose to feel challenged at their own personal level. That’s why we offer several different workout levels so that you can always find something that’s right for you.

Yoga with Peter – All levels good for balance, flexibility and slow controlled movement. Much of this class is in sitting, gives modifications for challenging poses or uses a chair for balance. The first half of each class is primarily in sitting so feel free to workout with the first 30 minutes if standing is difficult for you.

Average length of time: 50-65 min

Tai Chi With Jenny – All levels. good for coordination, cognition, balance and reducing risk of falls. This class goes through poses in sitting and standing but you can easily modify by using a chair for balance if standing is difficult for you.

Average length of time: 30-40 min

ChairFit with France – All levels, targeted audience are those who need an assistive device to walk or to stand safely. These videos are meant to challenge intensity, balance and strength with modifications using a chair for balance or performing exercises in sitting. This is filmed during live classes, allowing you to feel like you are part of the action with other participants.

Average length of time: 20-30 min

AMP Class with France- Meant for those that walk on their own, aren’t having issues with freezing or falls and can get on/off the ground safely. This class pushes intensity, strength and balance in a fun setting that allows you to feel like you are part of the action.

Circuit Training with Nate – Meant for those that walk on their own, aren’t having issues with freezing or falls and can get on/off the ground safely. High Intensity class in a circuit training format with the purpose of making you sweat and work on BIG movements (amplitude training) while adding in cognitive challenges.

Average length of time: 20-25 min

Flow Yoga with Josie – Meant for those that are able to stand with support.  This yoga series uses a Flow (sometimes referred to as Vinyasa) style to bring a greater challenge to your coordination and cognition as you transition smoothly through yoga poses all while sequencing your breathing.  This is a good challenge for anyone as Josie gives modifications for using a chair for those with decreased mobility
