TPFP – Bellevue

We are located in Suite 110 in Washington Park Medical Offices.   You can easily find our location by heading East on the NE 8th St exit off of I-405.  Once heading East on NE 8th St you will take a left to head North on 116th Ave and our office is the first Left after passing NE 12th St.  Our office, Suite 110,  is located in the first building (1407) in the office park on the first floor.  You can park in any of the stalls and there is an elevator located by following the signs around to the back of the building.

TPFP – Leschi

We’re located behind BluWater Bistro in the Leschi Marina. You can access our store front by car via the marina ramp just south of Daniel’s Broiler. There are 4 visitor parking spots just down the ramp in the marina and free parking on street level in the lot just to the south of Bluwater Bistro. Our gym is below street level on the water (marina) side.  If you are a caregiver/partner, feel free to drop off your loved one at our front doors before parking.

ACCESS BY STAIRS: You can follow the signs for The Parkinson’s Fitness Project and take the stairs at the back deck of Bluwater Bistro.  Only use the stairs if you are comfortable in doing so.  Use the elevator access or pull up to the store front if you have any concerns or trouble with stairs.

ACCESS BY ELEVATOR: Use the elevators located inside the 120 Leschi Lakecenter entrance by Meet The Moon Restaurant. Take the elevators down to ground level, walk out the back door and turn right.
